Who is this service intended for?

This service is designed for all Swardman Electra models. It is ideal for all Electra owners who want to have their mower checked, battery calibrated, software updated, reel sharpened, and in short, ensure that their mower is perfectly prepared for the next season.

What the service inspection includes:

• Reel grinding – Ensures a precise and clean cut.
• Complete mower inspection – Checking all important parts and functions of the mower, including measuring and calibrating the batteries.
• Deep cleaning of the mower – Removing dirt and grass debris from places the user cannot reach during standard cleaning.
• Software updates – We keep your mower up to date with the latest software versions.

Delivery by Shipping Company

In order for the carrier to load your lawnmower, it is necessary for the lawnmower to be secured on a pallet of any size. The lawnmower will fit even on a pallet measuring 80 cm x 60 cm. The carrier will deliver the lawnmower to our service center within 2-5 days from pickup. Once we have serviced the lawnmower, we will deliver it back to your address. Please ensure that the lawnmower is clean of any large debris and that the grass bag is removed (unless the bag needs repair). We will arrange the pickup date and approximate time with each customer individually.

We guarantee that you will receive your mower back within 4 weeks of us taking it in for service.
